Here is a step-by-step guide on how Star Cleans Laundry Service works:
Schedule Collection & Delivery Time: Get in touch with our team and schedule a collection and delivery time that's convenient for you.
Laundry Collection: Our driver will collect your laundry, ensuring that it's handled with the utmost care.
Washing & Drying: We wash all laundry separately at 30°C, and we tumble dry it before folding it for delivery.
Laundry Drop-Off: We will drop off your clean laundry two days after collection, ready for you to use.
Pricing: We charge £15 for small loads of up to 8 kg, and £25 for large loads of up to 16 kg. Collection and delivery are free within a 5-mile radius of Willerby, Hull. If you notify us of any stains in advance, or we notice any during the wash, we'll treat them at no extra cost.
Ironing: Please note that ironing is NOT included in the price, but it is available as an optional extra.

Small Load (8kg)
If you choose the small laundry load service offered by Star Cleans, here's what you can expect:
Your small laundry load will be up to 8kg. We'll wash the lights and darks separately to avoid any color bleeding. The wash will be completed at 30°C, which is our standard washing temperature. We'll tumble dry your laundry to ensure it's ready for folding. Finally, your laundry will be neatly folded before delivery, making it easier for you to put away when it arrives.

Large Load (16kg)
If you choose the large laundry load service offered by Star Cleans, here's what you can expect:
Your large laundry load can be up to 16kg. Our team will ensure that the lights and darks are washed separately to prevent any color bleeding. We will wash your clothes at our standard temperature of 30°C. Your laundry will be tumble dried and ready for folding. Finally, we'll neatly fold all your laundry before delivery, so it's easier for you to put away when it arrives.
